Design Statement

Defined by its sculptural forms, curved architectural elements and light-filled interiors, Killarney House balances sophistication with relaxed coastal living.

A striking external spiral staircase provides both a functional connection and an architectural focal point, while expansive glazing and elevated entertaining spaces maximise natural light and outlook. The carefully considered material palette of textured render, natural stone and warm timber detailing creates a timeless aesthetic that complements the surrounding environment.

Designed as a forever home, the residence prioritises liveability, flexibility and connection to the outdoors, offering resort-style amenities within a private residential setting.
