Commissioned by the property owner and strategically designed in accordance with the NSW Complying Development pathway, the project balances architectural quality, construction efficiency and market appeal. The design responds to the natural topography of the site through a series of terraced forms, creating highly desirable residences that capture ocean views from every level while maintaining privacy and connection to the surrounding landscape.

Combining contemporary materials, generous outdoor living areas and thoughtfully planned interiors, Lennox Terraces demonstrates how medium-density housing can deliver both lifestyle and investment value.

Design Statement

Lennox Terraces was conceived to provide a premium residential offering that complements the relaxed coastal character of Lennox Head while maximising the opportunities presented through the CDC approval framework.

The architecture embraces a layered composition of natural stone, warm timber cladding and expansive glazing to create a development that feels sophisticated, timeless and connected to its environment. Stepped forms and landscaped terraces help integrate the building into the site while enhancing privacy and outlook for each residence.

By carefully considering planning controls from the outset, the project achieves a balance between design excellence, construction feasibility and commercial viability.
