Nestled amongst the rolling hills of Clunes, this bespoke luxury residence has been thoughtfully designed to embrace its unique rural setting. Carefully positioned on a steeply sloping site, the home captures sweeping views across the surrounding landscape while creating a seamless connection between building and nature.

The design balances clean contemporary forms with natural materials, expansive glazing and generous outdoor entertaining spaces, delivering a home that is both striking and deeply connected to its environment.

Design Statement

Designed specifically for its challenging hillside location, the residence responds to the natural contours of the land through a series of terraced living spaces that maximise outlook, privacy and functionality.

Large cantilevered decks, retaining stone walls and an elevated pool create a resort-inspired outdoor experience, while carefully considered orientation allows natural light and cooling breezes to flow throughout the home.

Every element has been designed to celebrate the site’s beauty, creating a contemporary family home that sits effortlessly within the Northern Rivers landscape.
