Design Statement
Designed to reflect Byron Bay’s evolving business landscape, the Byron Business Hub combines contemporary architecture with a refined material palette inspired by the region’s coastal and hinterland character.
Warm timber screening, textured finishes and clean architectural forms create a distinctive street presence while providing privacy, solar control and visual interest. The building’s carefully considered layout maximises natural ventilation and daylight, creating comfortable and productive workspaces throughout.
The project demonstrates how thoughtful commercial design can enhance both the user experience and the broader streetscape while delivering a commercially viable outcome for the client.
