AMALFI | Luxury Waterfront Home Design Isle of Capri Gold Coast

A Waterfront Sanctuary Overlooking the Surfers Paradise Skyline.

Positioned within the prestigious Isle of Capri and capturing panoramic views towards the Surfers Paradise skyline, AMALFI is a luxury waterfront residence inspired by the elegance, sophistication and effortless lifestyle of the Italian coast.

The home combines contemporary architectural forms with refined detailing and a restrained material palette to create a residence that feels both timeless and luxurious. Expansive glazing, generous entertaining spaces and seamless indoor-outdoor connections maximise the waterfront setting while framing views of the Gold Coast’s iconic skyline.

Designed for modern family living and entertaining, AMALFI balances architectural simplicity with carefully curated finishes, resulting in a home that is both highly functional and visually striking.

Design Statement

Drawing inspiration from the coastal villas of Southern Europe, AMALFI reinterprets Mediterranean luxury through a contemporary Australian lens.

The architecture embraces clean lines, generous volumes and an abundance of natural light, while subtle curves and refined detailing soften the home’s strong geometric form. Carefully selected natural stone, feature lighting, bespoke joinery and elegant material combinations create layers of sophistication throughout the residence.

At its core, the design focuses on connection — connecting interior spaces to the waterfront, entertaining areas to living zones, and the home itself to the surrounding Gold Coast landscape.

The result is a residence that feels equally suited to relaxed family living and large-scale entertaining, delivering luxury without excess and timelessness without compromise..
